You will park behind the fence in the grass in back of the house. There are 2 parking spaces. If 3 spaces are needed you can ask if you may park in front of the garage. You will only enter and exit from the back of the house with the fenced in yard. If you have pets, an extra cleaning fee will be requested for $50. Please add pets to your reservation so the fee is added. Late checkouts result in $50 for each additional 30 minutes past checkout time unless previously arranged with host. (Example: checkout at 12:00 pm results in a $200 late checkout fee) I do not allow parties at this property. However, if you're planning a small gathering for more than 5 registered guests for your booking, please ask in advance to get host's approval. Total guests must be less than 10 people. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining host's approval, guests will be charged $500 and booking will be canceled. No refunds will be given. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and also charged $500.
