There are quite a bit of steps up to the house. The steps are outside and then there are a few steps up into the house. Late checkouts result in $50 for each additional 30 minutes past checkout time unless previously arranged with host. (Example: checkout at 12:00 pm results in a $200 late checkout fee) I do not allow parties at this property. However, if you're planning a small gathering for more than 12 registered guests for your booking, please ask in advance to get host's approval. Total guests must be less than 16 people. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining host's approval, guests will be charged $500 and booking will be canceled. No refunds will be given. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and also charged $500.

The entire house excluding the garage and stairwell to garage for safety reasons. The Basement is used for storage for our business, so you may occasionally see us in and out of the garage door. Please do not be alarmed. It is a locked-off area separate from your living quarters, so they will not disturb you.
